While some of the specific details on how to obtain all of the Modern Warfare Tomogunchi pets are unavailable at this time, six different adult forms have been confirmed at the time of this writing. They include Bat, Dragon, Ghost, Panda, Pony, and Riley, though it’s quite possible that there are even more Tomogunchi forms that have yet to be discovered by Call of Duty: Modern Warfare players.

Here are all the Modern Warfare Tomogunchi adult forms that have been discovered in the game so far.
Bat Tomogunchi
Right now, the prevailing theory about getting the Bat Tomogunchi is that players have to get 10 melee execution kills in a single match, though this has yet to be confirmed.
Dragon Tomogunchi
The Modern Warfare community is currently unsure how to get the Dragon Tomogunchi, though the general consensus is that it must involve kills with molotovs or thermite grenades.
Ghost Tomogunchi
Tomogunchi watches in Modern Warfare are mostly made up of animals and other creatures, but players can get a human one for their collection in the form of Simon “Ghost” Riley. Ghost is the poster boy for Modern Warfare Season 2, so it makes sense to include him as a Tomogunchi watch adult form. However, it’s unclear exactly how fans can get him for their Tomogunchi pet in the game.
Panda Tomogunchi
The requirements to unlocking the Panda Tomogunchi in Modern Warfare have yet to be determined.
Pony Tomogunchi
The Pony Tomogunchi in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is unlocked through “average care,” according to Infinity Ward. What this means exactly is unknown, but it sounds like players will get the Pony if the different Tomogunchi variables are about even. No image of the Pony Tomogunchi is available at the time of this writing.
Riley Tomogunchi
Perhaps the most sought-after Tomogunchi is Riley, the fan favorite dog from Call of Duty: Ghosts.
It’s possible that there are more Tomogunchi pets than the ones listed here, and it’s also possible that Infinity Ward will add even more to the game in future updates. Infinity Ward has supported Modern Warfare with consistent updates, and that support will continue for months to come.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is out now for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
